It tells the story of how stray dog Roger and abandoned robot Bob lead the abandoned pets to defeat Frankstone, the ruler of the future city who tried to replace humans with robots, and restore peace to the future city. In this hilarious but thrilling journey, the originally selfish, proud, willful, and cowardly pets gradually find their true selves, become brave, united, help each other, and realize their own values. The two losers, stray dog Roger and Bob, who was originally abandoned as waste, also gradually begin to face life again in the confrontation with real life.
