Mr. Bean takes his family on a business trip to Russia. In Russia, Big Head Son discovers that the White Night City he drew is real. The family encounters a traffic accident on the way and is forced to stay overnight in a small hotel. The next day, they wake up and find themselves in the world in Big Head Son is painting - White Night City. They find that they cannot leave this world unless they solve the crisis in White Night City. The family experiences many difficulties in White Night City and finally returns to the real world.
